Reporting period refers to the specific timeframe covered by this report. Unique means unduplicated. Individuals should only be counted once during a reporting period, regardless of the number of activities or programs they may have been involved in. Youth refer to children and adolescents under the age of 18. Extracurricular activities are voluntary pursuits outside a student's regular academic schedule, encompassing sports, clubs (academic, arts, STEM), arts, community service, and employment. These activities are designed to foster personal growth, skill development (such as teamwork, leadership, or time management), and exploration of interests beyond core subjects, often complementing classroom learning. Mentoring provides structured relationships where individuals guide and support the personal growth of others. These services facilitate skill transfer, career development, and the building of confidence by fostering supportive, trusted relationships through which mentors share knowledge and insights to help mentees reach their full potential.
