A count of services or people, held in the organization’s own records.
Total Unduplicated Persons Served: This count consists of an unduplicated count of the total number of clients who received at least one service during the reporting period. A client should only be included in this count once, even if they have had multiple cases handled by the legal assistance provider during the reporting period. Additionally, demographic information for the total number of clients who received a legal assistance service is reported as follows:
