Measure 3247

Is the grantee operational during the reporting period?

RequiredotherQ1

Implementation question, answered from program records

A yes/no question about your own program. You answer it from program records, so there is no data to collect.

Grantees are operational when they: (1) have active participants, AND (2) have obligated, expended, and/or drawn down funds with their Second Chance Act (SCA) award. By selecting “Yes,” the program becomes operational and will remain so until the grantee closes out the award OR until there are no participants enrolled in the co-occurring program. If the grantee has not admitted participants with their SCA award, select “No.”
